Standard orders are produced within 1–3 working days. Custom and bulk orders may take longer depending on quantity and complexity; an estimated timeline is shared at order confirmation.
2. Delivery Time
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–4 working days depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.
3. Shipping Charges
Delivery is free across India on every order, with no minimum value.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details (where available) are shared via WhatsApp / email. You can also use our Track Order page.
5. Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or circumstances beyond our control, but we will always help you track and resolve issues.
