2. Products & Customization
All products are made to order based on the specifications, text, colors and artwork you provide. You are responsible for ensuring uploaded designs are accurate and that you hold the rights to use them.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (for online orders) or order confirmation (for Cash on Delivery).
4. Order Accuracy
We reproduce your design and text exactly as submitted. We are not responsible for spelling errors, incorrect details, or low-resolution artwork supplied by the customer.
5. Intellectual Property
You confirm that any logo, image or content you submit does not infringe third-party rights. VEL STUDIO is not liable for any copyright or trademark issues arising from customer-supplied content.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
